Yet another sequel to one of the most influential
comics of all times is in the works. According to Bleeding Cool, Frank Miller,
and Scott Snyder will working together on sequel to The Dark Knight Returns and
the less well received Dark Knight Strikes Again.
Snyder, who has achieved critical acclaim with Court Of The Owls, Death Of The
Family, Zero Year and the current Endgame, will be co-writing the
new book where "Carrie Kelley, the Robin of Dark
Knight, now in her elder years. She is now in a similar
position to that of Bruce Wayne in the original Dark Knight, and she is seeking
her own successor to protect Gotham."
For those of you that don't know Miller is sick, so DC
is preparing a lineup of artists to draw the book like Greg Capullo, Jim Lee,
Andy Kubert, Marc Silvestri, Sean Murphy, and more.
There is still no word as to when work on the book
will begin, and when it will actually come out, mainly because of Miller's
health.
