Thought Star Wars: The Force
Awakens has wrapped up, casting news are still coming in. Today BBC's
entertainment journalist Lizo Mzimba has tweeted another cast member that was
absent from previous reports. According to the journalist, British actress
Jessica Henwick was part of J.J. Abrams ensemble for Star Wars: The Force
Awakens, and thought the actress role in the film is unknown, her expertise in the
Chinese martial arts of Wushu might have come in hand for some lightsaber
acrobatics. Henwick has appeared in British tv series like Spirit Warriors, and
Silk, and will next be seen as one of the Sand Snakes, Nymeria in the upcoming
fifth season of Game of Thrones.
Pleased @JHenwick's in @StarWars VII. Big fan, from Spirit Warriors to Silk. And she's Nymeria Sand in @GameOfThrones next year!
