Divergent and upcoming Terminator: Genysis star Jay Courtney has joined Tom
Hardy, Will Smith, Margot Robbie, and Jared Leto in conversation with Warner
Bros. to star in director David Ayer's Suicide Squad.
Variety broke the news, and they say that Courtney is most likely in talks
to star as Floyd Lawton, aka Deadshot. The site goes on to say that Jared Leto
and Margot Robbie are in talks to play Joker and Harley Quinn, which we already
knew, but they add that Tom Hardy is up for a role as Rick Flag, the founding
member of the Suicide Squad, while according to sources Smith is likely to play
The Flash villain, Digger Harkness, aka Captain Boomerang.
