The League of Assassins have found their Ra's Al Ghul
in Riddick star, Matt Nable. The actor's cast was announced by the show's star,
Stephen Amell via Twitter.
Ra's is "the leader of the League of Assassins and father
of Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law), Ra's is proud and unforgiving. A ruthless
strategist, a master of martial arts and a shaper of history, Ra's carries the
wisdom of the ages and protects some of its greatest secrets."
Nable is the latest new face to join the show. He
follows Brandon Routh as The Atom, J.R. Ramirez as Wildcat, Rila
Fukushima as Katana, Peter Stormare as Count Vertigo, David Cubitt as
Manhunter, Charlotte Ross as Felicity's mother, Nolan Funk as
Felicity's former boyfriend Cooper Seldon, and Amy Gumenick as Carry Cutter,
aka Cupid.
