The following contains
information that may or may not be true!
So let's begin!
The latest round of rumors
about Marvel's Cinematic Universe doesn't have Captain Marvel, Black Panther,
Inhumans, Adam Warlock or any other character on its menu, this time it's about
Avengers 3 and its apparent division into two separate films.
According to the Daily
Marvelite, Earth's Mightiest Heroes
battle against the Mad Titan Thanos is so massive that two films are needed to
give it justice.
"According to a source
closed to Marvel studios, the battle against Thanos will require more than one
movie to be given its proper weight. In fact, the massive battle between
earth's mightiest heroes and the mad titan is so complicated and big that it
will require a two part movie to give it its due."
They go on to say that Avengers
3.1 will come out in May of 2018 with Avengers 3.2 coming out just a year later
in May 3rd 2019.
They also say that they don't know "if Avengers 3
in itself will be a two part movie, or if it is the story that will be
split into two, with the first part being Avengers 3 with a conclusion leading
to a massive event movie where earth's mightiest heroes will join the guardians
of the galaxy to take down Thanos."
The Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers team-up is
certainly possible, as is the splitting of Avengers 3 into two films, but does
it make sense? What do you think about splitting Avengers 3?
