It was announced a few days ago that Plastique was going to join the
ranks of meta-human in the upcoming The Flash series. Now, according
to E! Online, NCIS: Los Angeles, and The Mentalist actress Kelly
Frye, will be the one to play the character, who will debut in the
fifth episode.

released by the S.T.A.R. Labs meltdown, Bette now has the ability to
turn any object she touches into an explosive device. On the run from
the shadow forces in the U.S. government trying to turn her into a
human weapon, she finds an ally in fellow meta-human The Flash."
So
it looks like Plastique won't be a villain, at least not at first!
