After finally resolving the whole Edgar Wright leaving
dilemma, by hiring director Peyton Reed to helm the project, and
screenwriter/director Adam McKay to work on the script, Marvel has now hired
two new writers to work on the script.
With principal photography expected to begin next
month, Marvel has hired the screenwriter pair Gabriel Ferrari (Haunt) and
Andrew Barrer (Haunt) as production writers.
Before you go thinking that this is yet another setback
to the already troublesome production, let me tell you that it's common
practice in Hollywood to get writers to accompany the film's production to make
changes to the script should the occasion require it.
