One of the few, lucky enough to watch the pilot
episode for The CW's The Flash series before it airs later on this year, was TVGuide's Natalie Abrams. In the extended trailer, we witness Barry Allen's
mother killed by a yellow blur, which many fans believe to be the Reverse
Flash, or Professor Zoom, and not his framed father, and Abrams says that fans "won't be disappointed."
Abrams also
spoke about the end of the episode, and says that the "final moments of the series premiere will also hint at other nefarious
forces at work in Central City". In the episode, we will also see a
crossover between The Flash and Arrow, and the reporter says that that "will not disappoint".
Speaking of Arrow, TV Line's Matt Webb spoke to Stephen
Amell about how Amanda Waller's flashback scenes will affect Oliver in season
3.
“Oliver lost a lot of his humanity in those five years
[away from Starling City], so as we see that continue to happen it in the
flashbacks, we will see how much of his humanity he wants to get back in the
present.”
