According to Deadline Amy Adams is in talks to star in
Prisoners director Denis Villeneuve mind bending sci-fi thriller Story of Your
Life, based on the award-winning short by Ted Chiang.
The short story is centered on a
linguistic hired by the US government to help decipher the Aliens intentions,
which have landed around the World. “As she learns to communicate
with the aliens, she begins experiencing vivid flashbacks that become the key
to unlocking the greater mystery about the true purpose of their visit.”
