The
Mortal Instruments: City of Bones had something that very few movies have,
which is a deal for a second movie, a sequel before the first one even opens. At
the time the director, the cast, the author and mainly the studio were excited

sequel that was set start shooting in the next few months.

now the studio, aka Constantin Films decided to hold on the sequel for an undetermined
length of time. This news comes to no surprise for those that followed City of
Bones progress through the box-office, and let me tell you it was abysmal. The
film had a budget of $60 million and so far it only made $37 million worldwide.

and books I’m sorry, but it’s not official yet so …
