Here is the first image from
Clint Eastwood’s adaptation of the stage musical Jersey Boys, starring
Christopher Walken, John Lloyd, Erich Bergen, Vincent Piazza and Michael
Lomenda.
Jersey Boys tells the story of
the iconic 60’s rock group The Four Seasons.
Despite the concept of Eastwood
directing a musical being a bit strange for some, the actor/director is an avid
music fan and composer, besides this won’t be the first movie where music plays
such an important role, since in 1988 the actor directed Forest Whitaker as the
acclaimed jazz musician Charlie “Bird” Parker.
Jersey Boys opens on June 20th, 2014.
