Between Marvel and DC, DC Entertainment makes in my opinion some the best feature film animations out there, which begs the question when are they going to make a “New 52” animation film? Well, now.
Today
DCE went to NYCC (New York Comic Con) and presented a first look at their new
feature animation, titled Justice League: War, which is taken straight out of
Geoff Johns and Jim Lee’s initial run of the New 52 Justice League comic book.
Justice
League: War re-imagines the formation of the Justice League, as solo heroes must
put differences and egos’ aside and unite to defend Earth from Darkseid and his
minions.
Voicing
JL:W is Michelle Monaghan (Wonder Woman), Alan Tudyk (Superman), Sean Astin (Shazam),
Shemar Moore (Cyborg), Christopher Gorham (The Flash), Justin Kirk (Green
Lantern), Jason O’Mara (Batman), Steve Blum (Darkseid), Rocky Carroll (Silas
Stone), Bruce Thomas(Desaad) and Zach Callison (Billy Batson).
Justice
League: War will be released in 2014.
