It
was pretty much a given that Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher would
return to their old characters for the new installment in the Star Wars franchise,
Hamill is even according some sources close to the actor, training to try and
fit in the old Jedi costume once again, but one person doesn’t seem all that
happy about the possibility of once again be at the helm of the Millennium
Falcon.
Actor
Harrison Ford is either trying to have a bigger paycheck or is genuinely divided
on whether to comeback to series or not. Harrison told recently to Metro that he
“has not quite made the choice”.
Despite
the lack of enthusiasm about Star Wars, the actor is at least thinking about
the possibility of another Indiana Jones:
“I
would do [Indiana Jones 5] in a New York minute, yes. I don’t think there is
any barrier to Indiana Jones being an old fart. I’m old enough that we don’t
need (Sean) Connery any more. I’m old enough to play my own father!’”
As
long as whoever is charge of Indy 5 learns from the mistakes of The Kingdom of
the Chrystal Skull, than I’m game for that.
