Before
Midnight co-writer and star Julie Delpy is at the ending negotiations with HBO
to write the adaptation of Marisa Acocella Marchetto’s memoir Cancer Vixen: A
True Story, which will be starring actress Cate Blanchett as the main
character.
The story
will center around The New Yorker and Glamour (among others) cartoonist, Marisa
Acocella Marchetto who was suddenly diagnosed with breast cancer as she was about
to get married.
