Although
he is currently being Captain America in Captain America: The Winter Soldier,
actor Chris Evans is looking to make the leap from acting to directing.
According to Deadline the actor is going to make his directorial debut with the
drama 1:30 Train, which was written by Ron Bass and is about “two strangers who
meet in Manhattan and spend one night together as the conflicts in their own
lives become the basis for their exploration of each other and themselves.”
Evans
is not only directing it, but he is also producing and starring.
The
shooting will take place this Fall, after Captain America: The Winter Soldier
is finished and before The Avengers: Age of Ultron begins production.
