in God Particle, a small-scale sci-fi thriller set to be directed by The Girl
Is In Trouble helmer Julius Onah.
J.J. Abrams and Bryan
Burke are producing through their Bad Robot banner.
Set in the near
future, God Particle "centers on a team of astronauts who make a
terrifying discovery that challenges all they know about the fabric of reality,
as they desperately fight for their survival."
Production is scheduled
to begin sometime in the second quarter for a February 24, 2017 premiere.
