Discretion
and non-violence are paramount in Ian McShane's assassin friendly Continental
Hotel, and that will not alter in Lionsgate's John Wick 2.
The
Hollywood Reporter reveals that McShane is set to reprise his role as Winston,
the owner of the very cool, albeit slightly disturbing hotel that caters to the
assassin community with a wide variety of exclusive services including an
on-call doctor, safe-haven, information ("lest incurring heavy penalties"),
and a very interesting and stylish basement.
Keanu
Reeves also returns to his titular role, and Common was recently cast as one of
the main antagonists in the film.
Chad
Stahelski returns to the director's chair, although this time he is alone as
his co-pilot from the first movie has moved on to direct The Coldest City.
John
Wick 2 will begin production this week, and it will shoot in New York and
Italy.
