Academy Award winning
actress Cate Blanchett and Academy Award winning screenwriter Aaron Sorkin have
teamed up for an unauthorized biopic about Hollywood legend, Lucille Ball.
The film will
chronicle Ball's 20 years of marriage with Desi Arnaz, with she starred in the
classic TV sitcom I Love Lucy, and had two children before they divorced in
1960. Ball and Arnaz's children Lucie Arnaz and Desi Arnaz Jr. will produce the
film with Escape Artists.
