After much tease, Paramount
Pictures has finally decided to release the official teaser trailer for Ben
Stiller's much anticipated sequel to his brilliant 2001 comedy, Zoolander.
Written by Justin Theroux, Zollander II sees the return of Ben Stiller as Derek
Zoolander, Owen Wilson as Hansen, Christine Taylor as Matilda and Will Farrell
as Jacobim Mugato.
According to Stiller,
"It’s ten years later and most of it is set in Europe. It’s basically
Derek and Hansel ten years later – though the last movie ended on a happy note
a lot of things have happened in the meantime. Their lives have changed and
they’re not really relevant anymore. It’s a new world for them."
Penélope Cruz, Kristen Wiig, and Cyrus Arnold also star in the sequel, which will count with special appearances by Billy Zane, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Kyle Mooney, Fred Armisen, Lewis Hamilton, Kim Kardashian, and Kanye West.
Get ready for some blue steel on February 12, 2016.
