year author Chuck Wendig (Blackbirds, Under the Empyrean Sky) revealed that he
would like to write a licensed Star Wars novel when he tweeted "Dear Internet:
I wanna write a licensed STAR WARS novel. Please make this happen. *squeezes
Internet hard enough to make wishes fall out*"
Well it seems that it
worked as the author is now working on one of the announced Journey To Star Wars: The Force Awakens novels, which
will close the gap between Star Wars: Return of the Jedi and J.J. Abrams Force Awakens.
