According to Deadline,
Steven Spielberg is looking to direct Chris Pratt in the upcoming reboot of
Indiana Jones. This isn't the first time Pratt's name is tossed into the
fedora. The last time his name came up in connection with the film, his
Guardians of the Galaxy co-star Bradley Cooper was also mantioned.
According to the
site, the script is still in its infancy, and may not even come to fruition; however,
the plan is for Spielberg to direct the film with Pratt as the charming
archeologist.
Pratt and Spielberg
have some history together. Spielberg handpicked Pratt to lead the upcoming Jurassic
World, which he produced.
Some fans are still
iffy about the idea of replacing Harrison Ford, but after the last installment,
change might be for the best.
