The Sopranos, and Sons of Anarchy actress Drea de
Matteo as joined the cast of marvel's Agents of SHIELD as Karla Faye Gideon, "a Gifted woman with a grudge to bear
against S.H.I.E.L.D. who joins forces with Skye’s father, Cal."
Gideon was a minor supporting
character in the 2005 Daredevil: Redemption comic series by David Hine, and
Michael Gaydos, so it is conceivable that she might also appear in the upcoming
Netflix series since it begins around the same time Agents ends.
Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
returns on March 3.
