One of the requisites
Marvel asks for someone to take a leading role in one of their projects is the
now famous multipicture contract, which in a less strict way resembles the old
studio system when an actor signed on to a specific studio. Some actors are
reluctant to sign such long contracts, as they fear it might jeopardize their
chances of doing other projects. Well, some actors are not all actors and Chris
Hemsworth, who was a virtually unknown until he picked up Thor's hammer says it
was a blessing that opened many doors, including working with Ron Howard, Michael
Mann, Drew Goddard, and J.J. Abrams.
