Lionsgate seems happy with
what they are seeing from director Robert Schwentke on The Divergent Series: Insurgent
and have tapped him to return to helm the third entry in the Divergent
franchise.
Based on the novels by
Veronica Roth, The Divergent Series: Insurgent opens on March 20, 2015 and
stars Theo James, Shailene Woodley,
Ansel Elgort, Zoe Kravitz, Miles Teller, Mekhi Phifer, Keiynan Lonsdale,
Maggie Q, Naomi Watts, Jai Courtney, Kate Winslet, and Octavia
Spencer.
