Last week Rotten Tomatoes released a synopsis for Fox's Fantastic Four, and
although at the time the studio didn't confirmed or denied its veracity there
wasn't any reason to assume that it was fake, as the website doesn't usually
engage in speculation. Today however, IGN as contacted the studio and has
confirmed that the synopsis for Josh Trank's reboot of the Fantastic Four is
real.
"THE FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel's original
and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who
teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical
form in shocking ways.Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to
harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a
former friend turned enemy."

Fantastic Four stars Kate Mara as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Miles Teller as
Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm/The Thing, Michael B.
Jordan as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch, Toby Kebbell as Victor Domashev/Dr.
Doom, Reg E. Carthey as Dr. Franklin Storm, and Tim Blake Nelson as Harvey
Elder/Mole Man.
