FOX
is preparing to introduce yet another dark and mysterious villain into the
Gotham's underworld. Following the likes of Balloonman, and the Dollmaker's
goons, now comes time for Raymond Earl, aka The Goat to make his debut in a
plot similar to the one used by the Penguin in Tim Burton's Batman Returns.

I've been trying to
find out who The Goat is, and the only candidates I found were either Goatboy,
the taxi-driver/assassin, or the genetically engineered goat created by Farmer Brown in Batman The Animated Series, but that although fun is just weird and
highly unlikely. He can also be a new character created for the series.
