Speaking with Marvel News, Avengers Assemble producer
Dan Evans reveals that Avengers: Earth Mightiest Heroes scribes Kevin Burke and
Doc Wyatt were brought in to pen the second season of Avengers Assemble while
the writers of the previous season, Man of Action remain as consultants.
Evans also reveals that the Thanos story will occupy
the first half of the new season and not its entirety.
In regards to new additions to the cast or debuts, we
will see the return of Ant-Man to the small screen after EMH. Evans didn't
specify which character was going to wear the Ant-Man costume, but it should be
Scott Lang since the live-action Ant-Man movie will focus on him and not Hank
Pym.
The Mad Titan Thanos' Black Order will make their
debut on the show. The supervillain team consists of Thanos, Black Dwarf,
Corvus Glaive, Proxima Midnight, Ebony Law, and Supergiant.
In addition, Toonzone has launched the titles and
descriptions for the next three episodes of the new season, and one of them features
a ghost from Captain America's past, The Winter Soldier.
