David Legeno, who famously played Fenrir Greyback, one
of the villains in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, and Harry and the
Deathly Hallows: Parts 1 and 2, was found dead in Death Valley, Mojave Desert.
Two hikers found Legeno's body on Sunday in an area so
remote that a CHP helicopter had to be called to remove it. According to local
police, the actor died of heat related issues while hiking, and may have been
dead for at least 3 to 4 days, before his body was found.
Aside from the Harry Potter franchise, the actor also
appeared in Snatch, Batman Begins, Elizabeth: The Golden Age, and Snow White
and the Huntsman.
