New Batch Of Images From Penny Dreadful's Pilot Episode

Showtime has released a new batch of images from the upcoming pilot episode of Penny Dreadful, titled Night Work.

Starring Josh Hartnett, Eva Green, Billie Pipper, Rory Kinnear, Timothy Dalton, Reeve Carney, Harry Treadaway, Helen McCrory, Simon Russell Beale and Danny Sapani, Penny Dreadful will feature all of the classic monsters like Dr. Frankenstein and his creation, Dorian Gray, some creatures from Dracula, and spiritualists.

John Logan (Hugo, The Aviator, Gladiator) was the creator behind the show and will act as writer and executive producer, alongside Sam Mendes.

Penny Dreadful will premiere on Showtime on May, 11th.

Some of literature's most terrifying characters, including Dr. Frankenstein, Dorian Gray and iconic figures from the novel Dracula are lurking in the darkest corners of Victorian London. Penny Dreadful is a frightening psychological thriller that weaves together these classic horror origin stories into a new adult drama.
