It has been awhile since we heard of any new characters being added to the Arrow roster. According to TV Line, Arrow will now feature William Tockman, aka Clock King. For those that don’t know the character, Clock King doesn’t have the power to stop time, time travel or any other kind of time manipulation, he is just extremely punctual and has “the mind of a chess grandmaster, and can envision all the interlocking pieces of Starling City and adjust them in favor of his crimes.”
The casting call is looking for an actor in his 40’s
or 50’s for the role.
