During
a red carpet event, actor Tom Hardy spoke to Flicks and the City about next
year less spoken about film, Mad Max: Fury Road. Hardy updates on the situation
and says that they are not reshooting, they are adding to what they already
have; signs of not so tight script?
"(Mad
Max)'s great. It's a big old piece, it's a behemoth of a piece. I'm off there
next week to do some reshoots, well not reshoots actually, but doing more.
We're building, building more Mad Maxes, even more spectacular and cool
stuff."
Mad
Max: Fury Road is being directed by George Miller’s (Mad Max Trilogy) and stars
Tom Hardy as Max, Nicholas Hoult as Nux, Charlize Theron as Imperator Furiosa
and Mel Gibson…yes…Mel Gibson as a drifter.
The movie
is due to come out in 2014, but finishing the new scenes, plus post-production
and marketing, it will be difficult.
