FilmDistrict has released a green-band trailer for Spike Lee’s adaptation of cult classic Oldboy just received a brand new poster featuring Josh Brolin. In Oldeuboi or Oldboy, Oh Dae-Su the main protagonist is kidnapped and imprisoned for 15 years. One day he is suddenly released, only to find that he must find and kill his captor within 5 days.

Josh Brolin, Sharlto Copley and Elizabeth Olsen, Oldboy opens this October
25th.
In
an interview to the L.A. Times, actor Josh Brolin spoke candidly about the
film.
“…the movie possesses a dark baroque quality
that will likely alienate some critics and even seems to have elicited a mixed
reaction in Brolin. ‘I do have opinions, but it’s better to bite my tongue,’ he
said when asked what he thought of the finished film. (The actor says he was
more enamored with Lee’s earlier three-hour director’s cut that was both
quieter and filled with more character-centric moments.)”
