The director
of the last four Fast & Furious films, Justin Lin is set to helm yet
another franchise, The Bourne Legacy sequel, which will be written by Sherlock
Holmes and Invictus scribe, Anthony Peckham, meaning that Tony Gilroy, who
wrote the previous four Bourne movies and directed Legacy may be stepping down.
Jeremy Renner is set to return as Aaron Cross in the untitled project, which
may or may not be titled The Bourne Betrayal if Universal decides to stick with
the titles of the novels.
