Well
it seems that two other actresses are joining the rumor of the rumor that
Wonder Woman is going to appear in the upcoming 2015 Batman vs. Superman.
The
first actress to be rumored to play Wonder Woman was Jaimie Alexander, who
plays Sif in the Thor films, said she had met with Warner Bros. about playing
the iconic Amazonian but because of what we can assume his a multi picture deal
with Marvel, is doubtful that the actress would join a movie based on a DC
property. Then earlier today a rumor came out that actress Olga Kurylenko
(Oblivion) had been tested to play the iconic role of Wonder Woman, and now two
other actress join these two as possible contenders for the part.
According
to Variety, who also confirms the Olga Kurylenko testing rumor, actresses Gal
Gadot from Fast and Furious franchise and G.I. Joe: Retaliation Elodie Yung,
aka Jink also tested for the role. Variety also adds that a fourth woman has
gone to read for the role, which is being described as “tall, brunette,
athletic and exotic." (Well duhhh!)
Variety
also gives another curious and tantalizing piece of information, which is that
according to their sources, there will be multiple Justice League members in
the film besides Batman and Superman, including Wonder Woman and The Flash, but
it’s unknown if they will have any significance in the story or will they be
just cameos. Anyhow this is still in the realm of rumor so don’t take it for
granted.
