This week news from Jurassic World have been coming fast and strong. After adding Ty Simpkins (Iron Man 3) and Nick Robinson (The Kings of Summer) to the cast, director Colin Trevorrow is now eyeing a major star for the film.
According
to some reports actor Josh Brolin is in early talks to star in Jurassic World,
but details on the character are non-existing, but because the film is being described
as an ensemble piece and because apparently things are going back to a park,
one could imagine Brolin as a Dr. Alan Grant type figure, which means that
Simpkins and Robinson would be the kids on the project.
As far
as other casting news, there was a report that said that actress Bryce Dallas
Howard was also in negotiations for a lead role (Dr. Ellie Sattler?) and New
Girl star Jack Johnson for another adult role (Dr. Ian Malcolm).
