20th
Century Fox finally found their Dr. Frankenstein and it is James McAvoy. The
actor is going to star opposite Daniel Radcliff who is playing the servant and
one of the good doctor’s creations Igor in Paul McGuigan’s (Lucky Number Slevin
and Sherlock) take on Mary Schelley’s classic novel Frankenstein.
According
to Max Landis, the writer, the movie will put to rest the origins of Igor, and
it will be “fun, sad, scary, and moving.”
Frankenstein
should begin shooting later on this year, since it is schedule for release on
October 17th, 2014.
