these guy’s sure do. They have created amazing replicas of some of your favorite
sci-fi ships and characters.
Let’s
begin with the full-scale replica of T-800 from Terminator, built by Martin Latta, using 15,000 Lego pieces.
Next
on the list is Ben Caulkins that over the last seven months built a scale
replica of Mass Effect’s Normandy SR2.
Also
on the list is the Star Wars Sand Crawler by Marshal Banana, with 10,000 and
its radio controlled.
Creeping up is this Alien facehugger made by DeviantArtist AL13N163NA.
Now
we move to the heavy weights with Adrian Drake’s 7 feet plus, 135 pound, 70,000
bricks, 21 months in the making replica of cult tv Serenity ship from Joss
Whedon’s Firefly.
Challenging
this heavy weight is the full size replica of the X-Wing fighter model from
Star Wars, which weighs 45,979.61 pounds, has a height of 11 feet, a length 44
feet and a wingspan of 44 feet and it took 32 builders about 4 months to
construct. It has 5,335,200 Lego bricks, wow.
Setting
themselves apart is Mark Borlase diorama of Star Wars’ Hoth Battle, made with
60,000 pieces at a cost of 3,000 dollars.
