With
all the Star Wars, Marvel's adaptations, G.I. Joe and countless others movies you almost
forgot that this movie was being made didn't you. No worries, Percy Jackson is back!
After retrieving Zeus lightning bolt from Luke son of Hermes and preventing a war between the Olympus Gods in the first
movie, Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, Percy is back to his adventures in Percy
Jackson: Sea Of Monsters, and this time it's all about the
mythical Golden Fleece which grants to those who wear it, health and eternal
life. Percy and his friends, Grover played by Brandon T. Jackson and Annabeth played
by Alexandra Daddario need
to find and retrieve the Golden Fleece in order to restore their dying safe
haven.
Actors Logan Lerman (Percy), Sean
Bean (Zeus), Jake Abel (Luke), Alexandra Daddario (Annabeth),
and Brandon T. Jackson (Grover), will be back to play their
respective roles, joining them will be Nathan Fillion to play Hermes and Stanley Tucci to play Dionysus. Out of
the movie will be Pierce
Brosnan that played Mr. Brunner/Chiron, Steve Coogan that played Hades, Rosario Dawson that played Persephone and Uma
Thurman that played Medusa, among others.
Last
time around Percy had to fight more than olympian gods
and mythical creatures, he had to fight (pause for suspence) Harry
Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 and he lost, this time he
has to fight 300: Rise of
an Empire by Noam
Murro with Eva Green and Rodrigo
Santoro, Elysium by Neill Blomkamp,
starring Matt Damon and Jodie
Foster and Kick
Ass 2 directed by Jeff
Wadlow, with Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Jim Carrey, Chloë
Grace Moretz and Christopher
Mintz-Plasse.
