Jeff
Goldblum, who co-starred in Jurassic Park (1993) and The Lost World: Jurassic
Park (1997), is set to reprise his role as the know-it-all mathematician Dr.
Ian Malcolm in the upcoming Jurassic World 2.
The
actor joins Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, James Cromwell, Toby Jones, and
Justice Smith.

Bayona ("A Monster Calls") is directing the film from a script by Colin
Trevorrow, who directed Jurassic World, and Derek Connolly.
Currently
working on Wes Anderson's newest project, the animated comedy Isle of Dogs, Goldblum
will next be seen in Marvel's Thor: Ragnarok, which opens in theaters on
November 3.
Produced
by Frank Marshall, Pat Crowley, and Belén Atienza, and executive produced by
Steven Spielberg and Trevorrow, the untitled Jurassic World sequel opens in
theaters on June 22, 2018.
