
Today, as part of E3, 20th Century Fox and Ubisoft
released a behind-the-scenes featurette for Justin Kurzel's Assassin's Creed that
besides giving us a peek at some of the stunt works, also offer us plenty of exciting
new footage, as well as, some brief interviews with the director and with the
star of what the studio hopes will be a brand new franchise, Michael
Fassbender.
Based on Ubisoft's popular video game franchise,
Assassin's Creed stars Fassbender as a death row inmate called Callum Lynch who
is taken away to Abstergo Industries to be plugged into a revolutionary
technology that unlocks his genetic memories, enabling him to relive the
adventures of his ancestor, Aguilar, an assassin from 15th Century Spain.
Opening in theaters on December 21, Assassin's Creed also stars Marion Cotillard, Jeremy Irons, Brendan Gleeson, Michael K. Williams, and Ariane Labed.

Through a revolutionary technology that unlocks his
