Today on The Ellen DeGeneres
Show, Disney and Pixar released a new full-length trailer for Finding Dory, the
long awaited sequel to the 2003's Academy Award winning animated film Finding
Nemo.
Directed by Andrew Stanton ("Wall-E"),
the sequel finds Dory (Ellen) searching for answers about her past, family, and
ability to speak Whale.
Opening in theaters on June 17 the sequel's voice cast
also includes Albert Brooks, Diane Keaton, Ed O’Neill, Idris Elba,
Ty Burrell, Eugene Levy, Dominic West, Willem Dafoe, and Kaitlin
Olsen.
Disney and Pixar's “Finding Dory” reunites everyone’s
favorite forgetful blue tang, Dory, with her friends Nemo and Marlin on a
search for answers about her past. What can she remember? Who are her parents?
And where did she learn to speak Whale?
Joining DeGeneres are Ed O’Neill (“Modern Family”),
who lends his voice to Hank, a cantankerous octopus; Ty Burrell (“Modern
Family”), the voice of Bailey, a misguided beluga whale; and Kaitlin Olson
(“Always Sunny in Philadelphia”), who voices Destiny, a kind-hearted whale
shark, and Albert Brooks, Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy. Disney·Pixar’s
“Finding Dory” swims into theaters June 17, 2016.
