A new
international (German) television spot for Marvel's Captain America: Civil War
has sneaked its way online, and among the rehashed footage we find a glimpse of
Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) wreaking havoc on Iron Man's (Robert Downey Jr.) armor.
Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Captain America: Civil War also
stars Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Chadwick Boseman, Scarlett
Johansson, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Renner, Don
Cheadle, Elizabeth Olsen, Frank Grillo, William Hurt, Daniel Brühl,
Emily VanCamp, and Tom Holland.
Captain America: Civil War opens in theaters on May 6.
“Captain America: Civil War” picks up where “Avengers:
Age of Ultron” left off, as Steve Rogers leads the new team of Avengers in
their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international
incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political
pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to
determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures
the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.
