Visionary filmmaker Guillermo del Toro trades his
usual nightmarish but beautiful creations for a more child friendly look in
Trollhunters, a new animated television series the director is working on with
Netflix and DreamWorks.
Based on a young-adult book written by del Toro and
Daniel Kraus, the family friendly animated adventure series follows the
residents of the suburbs of Arcadia, who discover a hidden and fantastical
world right beneath their hometown.
Trollhunters comes out later this year.
