The Hollywood Foreign Press
Association has released their nominations for the 2016 Golden Globes and there
aren't many surprises.
Carol landed the most
nominations in the film side of things with five, followed closely by The Big
Short, The Revenant, and Steve Jobs with four. Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful
Eight managed to get three for Best Script, Score, and Supporting Actress for
Jennifer Jason Leigh.
On the TV portion, Mr. Robot
landed a nomination for Best Drama, which also includes Empire, game of
Thrones, Narcos, and Outlander.
Ricky Gervais returns to make
fun of everyone in the room on Sunday, January 10 on NBC.
