Hawaiian born actor Mark Decascos has joined Marvel's
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. where he will play Mr. Giyera, the new head of security
for Coulson. It's unclear what his role will entail but with his level
martial arts training and personal history it wouldn't be surprising to see the
actor kick some serious ass.
Decascos has an extensive career going all the way
back to 1986 when he played a Police Cadet in General Hospital. Since then the
actor has appeared in numerous movies and TV projects such as the 90s Flash,
Double Dragon, The Island of Dr. Moreau, The Crow: Stairway to Heaven, Nomad,
Samurai, Mortal Kombat, and Hawaii Five-O.
