Today at the Television Critics Association, Supergirl
producers announced the addition of Red Tornado, Non, and General Lane to the
growing list of characters that will call CBS' upcoming superhero show home
like the previous announced Livewire, Reactron, and Lucy Lane.

In the comics, Red Tornado is an android instilled
with artificial intelligence created by the villain T.O. Morrow, who is able to
fly and create cyclones from each of his arms. The Earth-2 version of Red
Tornado has Lois Lane's personality imbued in him.
Back in Krypton, Non was a brilliant scientist and
soldier who was lobotomized to become the ultimate weapon.
General Sam Lane is the father of Lois and Lucy Lane,
and a threat to Kryptonians, who he believes are a menace to the planet. In
an attempt to gain the upper hand on his war against the last few remaining Kryptonians,
the General gave Lucy superhuman powers, which she used to become Superwoman,
infiltrate New Krypton, and murder various Kryptonians.
