20th Century Fox has released the first green and red-band trailers for director Tim Miller's upcoming
Rated-R superhero movie, Deadpool. Starring Ryan
Reynolds as the titular anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of
former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being
subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing
powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool.
Opening on February 12, 2016, Deadpool also stars Morena Baccarin as Vanessa Carlysle, aka Copycat, Brianna Hildebrand as
Negasonic Teenage Warhead, T.J.
Miller as Weasel, Ed Skrein as Ajax, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, Andre Tricoteux
as Colossus, and Leslie Uggams as Blind Al.
