Paul Feig's female-centric Ghostbusters has had thus
far a good week. After news that Andy Garcia, Michael K. Williams,
Cecily Strong, and Matt Walsh had joined the project, Deadline now reports that
Neil Casey has also been cast.
Known for his work on The Kroll Show, Veep, Broad City, and Inside Amy Schumer, Casey will play
Rowan, the film's main villain. Further details about the character are being
kept under wraps, but expect some good laughs from the actor, who started out
in improv.
Opening on July 22, 2016, Ghostbusters stars Melissa McCarthy, Kristen
Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, and Chris Hemsworth.
