Fox has cast Natalie
Alyn Lind as Silver St. Cloud for the upcoming second season of their Batman
prequel series, Gotham.
Described as "an
ethereal beauty with the pristine manners of a Gotham debutante," but with
a heart filled with dark intent, St. Cloud was in the comics a love interest of
Batman.
Like Bruce, St. Cloud
is an orphan, but unlike Bruce, she is the niece of one Theo Galavan (James
Frain) a philanthropist and heroic figure, who Bruce will look upon, but…alongside
his sister Tabitha, aka Tigress (Jessica Lucas) the two, will wreak havoc in
the streets of Gotham, creating new villains and obliterating existent ones.
Gotham returns on
September 21.
