Two new faces have
joined the upcoming fourth season of The CW's Arrow.
According to The Wrap,
Canadian actor J.R. Bourne (SG-1) has been cast as the DC Comic's villain
Jeremy Tell, aka Double Down, a metahuman that "can turn his playing card
tattoos into deadly weapons." Bourne will make his debut on the third episode of the new season.
Jeri Ryan (Star Trek:
Voyager) meanwhile has landed a guest spot as Jessica Danforth, a friend of the
Queen family, and whose political agenda will gain her the attention of a
dangerous villain. Ryan will make her debut on the fourth season's second
episode.
